At Grit Box Fitness we specialize in our High Intensity classes. Our High Intensity Kickboxing and gritfit bootcamp classes are fun, results-focused and energizing workouts that will keep you sweating with the best workout beats and motivating coaches.
What to expect...
1. Attire - Typical workout clothes, don't worry about your kicks; we go barefoot, flip flops or sandals are easy to slide on and off if you need to step out of class for water or the bathroom. Also bring a water bottle, we want you to stay hydrated.
2. I hope you like your music loud. We play fun, upbeat mixes that combine today's top hits with the best throw back tracks. Nothing keeps you going better than some good beats!
3. All levels of fitness- Our Kickboxing class is structured to give every member an incredible work out, no matter what you think your fitness level is. However, if you're looking for your standard aerobics class or another average workout; then we know some great "gyms" we can refer you to... And Grit Box Fitness may not be a good fit for you. We like to have fun and challenge the status qua of fitness.
4. come prepared to #getgritty! we feed on each others energy in every class. We'll bring it for you, we hope you can bring some for us!
